About Me

For about four years, I have been interested in optimal health and nutrition and over the last two, I’ve become very focused on looking, performing, and feeling better. The information I’ve accumulated has become invaluable to me and others I’ve coached. Whether it be a middle-aged woman with Type 2 Diabetes, a young man with weight to lose, or athletes with a desire to perform better, I’ve made a positive change with the advice I provide. One person at a time, I take tremendous joy in seeing people around me make progress in their lives.

My certifications include CrossFit Level I Instructor, CrossFit Nutrition, and CrossFit Olympic Lifting. I have also coached athletes and have a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.

I am not a nutritionist. The advice provided by me or Results Typical is merely a suggestion based on research and not to be used in replacement of a doctor’s prescription or request.
